Chris Donley
A hardened veteran of Ohio’s ever-changing music scene, Chris Donley has been frontman and songwriter for Cleveland hard-pop rockers Sindust since their inception at Ashland University in the mid 1990′s.
Donley’s catalog of songs have more than stood the test of time, with both his Sindust and solo material gracing the airwaves of several Ohio radio stations and thousands of iPods and CD decks across the country for more a decade. His talent and stage presence are undeniable, as is his understated, yet potent sense of humor.
Chris joined americanrockstar as bassist in early 2010. In addition to Sindust, Chris fronts Cleveland cover band Pop Rocks and released a solo record “First Person Point of View,” in 2007. He is half of the acoustic duo known as French Donkey, and is also bassist of Stateside, a new project featuring former members of Burning Vegas and Super No. 7.
